Terra-Mare
Terra-Mare is a new residential and hotel development on the hillside of Sarandë, overlooking the Ionian Sea. Designed by the architecture studio Atelier 4, its organic, terraced form is inspired by the way water shapes the coastal rocks, stepping down the slope with natural stone, wood and planted terraces. Around 60% of the building is residential, mainly 1+1 apartments with a smaller number of 2+1 units, each with a private balcony; the remaining 40% is a hotel.
