The specific services, deliverables, fees and payment schedule applicable to a client are set out in that client's individual proposal and agreement, not on this website.

Property details, prices, dimensions, availability, completion dates and specifications shown on this website are indicative, may change, and must be confirmed in writing before any reservation or purchase.

The purchase of the property, the interior package and the Turnkey Management Fee are separate components. Each interior project is quoted individually based on the apartment, the selected scope, materials and the client's preferences.
